Stop asking permission to be yourself

March is Solar Plexus month, and we’re done with the people-pleasing.

Your personal power isn’t about dominating anyone. It’s about trusting your own decisions enough to actually make them. It’s about saying “no, that doesn’t work for me” without a 10-minute explanation.

Try this: Before any decision this month—even small ones—pause. Place your hand over your stomach area. Ask: “What do I actually want here?” Not what you think you should want. What you want.

Wear yellow. Eat yellow. Let the color remind you that your inner fire is allowed to burn bright.

Stop waiting for someone else to validate your choices. You’re the only expert on your own life.
